Five packages.
Fixed scope. No mystery.

Every offer below states the problem it solves, exactly what is included, where it stops, and how long it usually takes. Start with one. Most businesses do.

Website Rebuild & Conversion System

The problem. Most small business websites were built once, by whoever was available, and have not been touched since. They load slowly on phones, bury the offer three clicks deep, and leave a visitor with nothing obvious to do. Traffic is rarely the real issue. The page is.

Book a call

What is included

  • Full rebuild on a fast, modern foundation, with no page-builder bloat
  • Mobile-first design, tested on real phones rather than a desktop preview
  • A clear offer and one obvious next step on every page
  • Lead capture forms wired to your inbox and your CRM, with delivery verified
  • Core SEO structure: titles, headings, schema, sitemap, and redirects from your old URLs so you keep the rankings you have
  • Speed and accessibility pass before launch
  • Analytics and conversion tracking, so you can see what visitors actually do
  • Handover of hosting, domain, code, and a short walkthrough for your team

Where it stops

  • We write and structure your core pages. A large existing content library is migrated, not rewritten, unless that is scoped in
  • E-commerce catalog and payment migration is quoted separately
  • Not an ongoing SEO campaign or paid ads management
  • Not a custom web application, portal, or customer login
  • Photography and video are yours to supply, or we can recommend someone
Typical timeline 3 to 5 weeks
Ideal fit An existing site that underperforms or looks dated
Pricing Fixed, quoted after discovery

AI Lead Capture & Follow-up System

The problem. Response speed is where small businesses lose work without ever seeing it happen. Inquiries arrive after hours, on weekends, and in the middle of a job, and the person who should answer is busy doing the actual work. By the time someone replies, the prospect has usually contacted someone else. Follow-up then depends on whoever remembers.

Book a call

What is included

  • Site chat that answers common questions in your voice, using your own content
  • Instant response to form submissions and after-hours inquiries, every day of the week
  • Qualifying questions that separate a real inquiry from a tire-kicker or a sales pitch
  • Routing rules so the right person is notified on the right channel: email, text, Teams, or Slack
  • Every lead logged to your CRM or a shared sheet, with the full conversation attached
  • Follow-up sequences that keep going until someone replies or opts out
  • Clean escalation to a human at any point, with context passed along
  • Guardrails: it does not quote prices, promise dates, or invent answers unless you tell it to

Where it stops

  • It opens the door and holds it. People still close the deal
  • Not outbound prospecting, cold email, or list buying
  • If it does not know an answer, it says so and hands off rather than guessing
  • CRM licences and messaging costs are billed by those vendors, not by us
  • We do not take over your inbox or reply as you without your sign-off on the wording
Typical timeline 2 to 3 weeks
Ideal fit Inbound inquiries matter and response time is inconsistent

Operations Automation Pack

The problem. In most small businesses the same handful of tasks are done by hand every single day: copying details between two systems, chasing an unanswered quote, reminding a customer about an appointment, telling the team something arrived. None of it is difficult. All of it quietly consumes the owner's week, and every manual hand-off is somewhere a job can stall.

Book a call

What is included

  • A mapping session where we follow how work actually moves through your business today
  • Two to four workflows chosen for return, not for how impressive they sound
  • Common candidates: lead routing, quote and status follow-up, appointment reminders, internal notifications, and cutting double entry between tools
  • Built and tested against real cases before it touches a customer
  • Connected to the tools you already pay for
  • A visible record of what ran and when, so you can check it rather than trust it
  • Failure alerts, so a broken workflow does not fail silently for a month
  • Written documentation and a walkthrough so your team can run it without us

Where it stops

  • Not an ERP rollout or a full systems replacement
  • Not custom software. If that is what you need, we will tell you
  • We automate the process you have. If the process itself is broken, we will say so before automating it
  • We do not advise on headcount. This is about giving time back, and what you do with it is your call
  • Additional workflows beyond the agreed four are quoted separately or added to a retainer
Typical timeline 3 to 5 weeks
Ideal fit A team with repeatable processes running on manual effort
Scope 2 to 4 workflows, agreed up front

Industry Starter Systems

The problem. Starting from a blank page is expensive, and buying a generic platform that assumes your business runs some other way is worse. Most businesses in the same category need close to the same things, and there is no good reason for you to pay to rediscover that from zero.

Book a call

What is included

  • A pre-scoped combination of packages 01 to 03, tuned to your category
  • Service businesses. Fast quote request, instant reply, scheduling and reminders, and a review request after the job
  • Retail. Local visibility, hours and location clarity, inquiry capture, and promotion pages that are easy to update
  • Professional services. A credibility-first site, consultation booking, intake qualification, and lighter onboarding paperwork
  • Wholesale and distribution. Line card and catalog presentation, quote request routing, reorder follow-up, and account inquiry handling
  • Sensible defaults on day one, adjusted to your business during the build

Where it stops

  • A starter is a starting point, not a straitjacket. Anything genuinely specific to how you operate is scoped as an addition
  • Not compliance, licensing, or regulatory advice for your industry
  • Not a substitute for a specialist vertical platform if you already depend on one. We will connect to it instead
  • If your business does not fit a category cleanly, we will build from the individual packages rather than force a fit
Typical timeline 4 to 6 weeks
Ideal fit You want a proven configuration, not a bespoke build
Includes Elements of 01, 02, and 03

Ongoing Growth & AI Maintenance Retainer

The problem. Websites and automations decay. Dependencies go out of date, a contact form silently stops delivering, a workflow breaks when a vendor changes something, content goes stale, and nobody notices until a customer mentions it. The most common reason a good system stops working is simply that nobody owns it.

Book a call

What is included

  • Monitoring for uptime, speed, form delivery, and workflow failures, with alerts going to us rather than to you
  • Security patches and dependency updates
  • A monthly block of small improvements: copy changes, new pages, tweaks, and additional automations
  • Content and system upkeep so the site does not drift out of date
  • A monthly report in plain language: what changed, what is working, what we suggest next
  • Priority response when something breaks

Where it stops

  • Not unlimited development. Larger projects are quoted separately, at a retainer client rate
  • Not a full marketing agency retainer. No paid media buying or content production at volume
  • Month to month after the initial term, cancellable with notice. You keep everything
  • Third-party hosting, licence, and API costs are passed through, not marked up
Commitment Monthly, ongoing
Ideal fit Any system we built, or one we have audited
Cancellation Month to month after initial term
Ask about the retainer

How we price it.

You should know the number before you commit, and it should not move on you halfway through.

01

Fixed price per package

After a 30-minute discovery call we quote a fixed price for a fixed scope. Cost depends on how many pages, how many workflows, and how many systems we connect to. You get it in writing before anything starts.

02

Change is a conversation, not an invoice

If something you ask for falls outside the agreed scope, we tell you what it costs and you decide. Nothing gets quietly absorbed, and nothing shows up unexplained at the end.

03

Retainer is optional, always

Every build is handed over complete and documented, so you can walk away and run it yourself. The retainer exists because most owners would rather not, not because you would be stuck without it.

Common questions.

Each package is quoted at a fixed price after a 30-minute discovery call. The number depends on how many pages, how many workflows, and how many systems we connect to. We would rather quote you accurately than publish a headline price that turns out to mean something else once we see the business.

No. Most businesses start with one. If the site is the bottleneck, start at 01. If inquiries are already arriving but going cold, start at 02, which works on your current site. The rest can follow when the first one has proven itself.

Two to three weeks for lead capture and follow-up, three to five weeks for a website rebuild or an automation pack, and four to six weeks for a full starter system. The timeline depends far more on how quickly we get content, access, and decisions than on build time.

Less than you would expect. One decision-maker who can answer questions within a day or two, access to your existing site and tools, and roughly two hours of your time across the whole project for the kickoff, a mid-build review, and the handover walkthrough.

Yes. You own the domain, hosting accounts, code, data, and documentation. Nothing is held on our accounts and nothing stops working if you stop paying us. The retainer is month to month after the initial term for the same reason.

That is the default assumption. We connect to the CRM, email, scheduling, and accounting tools you already pay for rather than asking you to switch to something new. If a tool genuinely cannot do what you need, we will tell you before you buy, not after.

Then keep it. Packages 02 and 03 both work on top of an existing site, whatever it is built on. A rebuild is only worth paying for when the site is genuinely costing you inquiries.
