Solutions How it works Who we help About Contact Book a 30-minute call
How it works ∅

Four steps.
You always know where you are.

No discovery phase that bills for months, no reveal at the end that nobody expected, and no hand-off to staff you have never met. Here is exactly what happens.

01

Discover

Thirty minutes on how work comes in, where it stalls, and what fixing it is worth. We follow with a written recommendation and a fixed price.

Week 0 · Free
02

Design & build

Scope and price agreed in writing first. Then design and engineering run together, with real work in front of you early.

Weeks 1 to 4
03

Launch

Live, tested against real use, and documented. We walk your team through anything they will touch.

04

Optimize

Watch what really happens, fix what underperforms, improve steadily. Optional, and never a condition of the build.

Ongoing, optional

What each step actually involves.

Including the part most studios leave vague: what we need from you, and how much of your time it takes.

Step 01

Discover

A single 30-minute call, usually with Jake or Ish. We want to understand how inquiries reach you today, what happens to them next, where things get stuck, and what it would be worth to you if they did not. You do not need to prepare anything or know what you want built.

What you get

  • A straight read on whether we can help, including when the answer is no
  • A recommended package, or a combination, with the reasoning behind it
  • A fixed price and a timeline in writing, usually within two business days
  • No follow-up sequence hounding you afterwards, which would be a strange thing for us to do

What we need from you

  • Thirty minutes, and someone who can make the decision
  • Honest answers about what is not working
  • A rough sense of budget, so we do not design something you would never buy

Step 02

Design & build

Once the scope is signed, design and engineering happen together rather than in sequence. You see the real thing early, in a working environment, not a static mockup that hides how it behaves on a phone. Feedback happens in two structured reviews so the project does not drift on endless small comments.

What happens

  • Kickoff: access, brand assets, content, and the one decision-maker confirmed
  • Structure and copy first, because layout without a clear offer is decoration
  • Build in the open, on a preview link you can check any time
  • Two review rounds at agreed points, with consolidated feedback
  • Testing on real devices and against real workflows before anything goes live

What we need from you

  • Content, logos, photos, and access to your existing tools in the first week
  • Responses within a day or two, which is what keeps a three-week project three weeks
  • Consolidated feedback at each review rather than a running stream
Your time About 2 hours total
Typical duration 2 to 5 weeks

Step 03

Launch

Launch is a checklist, not an event. Redirects from old URLs so you keep the search rankings you already have, form delivery verified end to end, analytics confirmed as recording, and every automation run against a real case before it touches a customer. Then we hand over the keys properly.

What you get

  • Everything live, on your accounts, under your domain
  • Ownership of hosting, code, data, and every login
  • Written documentation for anything your team will touch
  • A walkthrough session, recorded so new staff can watch it later
  • Thirty days of post-launch support included, for anything that is not behaving

What we need from you

  • A sign-off from the decision-maker
  • Whoever will use it day to day on the walkthrough call
Your time About 1 hour
Included after 30 days of support

Step 04

Optimize

A launch is a starting position. The point of the tracking we set up in step three is that after a few weeks there is real evidence about which pages convert, which follow-up messages get replies, and which automation is quietly failing. This step is optional, and plenty of clients stop at step three.

What happens

  • Monitoring for uptime, speed, form delivery, and workflow failures
  • Small improvements each month, prioritised by what the data shows
  • A short monthly report in plain language, not a dashboard nobody opens
  • Security and dependency updates so nothing rots

Where it stops

  • Optional. The build is complete and documented whether or not you continue
  • Month to month after the initial term
  • Larger new projects are quoted separately rather than absorbed into the monthly block
Commitment Monthly, cancellable

The short version ∅

You talk to the people who build it, from the first call to the last.

There is no account manager translating between you and the work, no junior team learning on your project, and no separate discovery engagement that has to be bought before anyone will tell you what something costs. A studio this size cannot hide behind process, which is the point.

If your project is a poor fit for us, the useful thing we can do is say so on the first call and point you somewhere better. That happens, and it costs you nothing but half an hour.

Step one ∅

Start with the discovery call.

Thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation, and a written recommendation afterwards whether or not you hire us.
